When are payments due?

In order to secure your booking a deposit of $250.00/£150.00 per week is required and the balance will be due 4 weeks before your reservation date.

Do you provide TV's with Cable and DVD?

Yes. Our home has cable TV in the family room, loft and all 6 bedrooms. The family room, lower master bedroom and childrens' rooms also have DVD players. A collection of DVD's is available for your convenience.

What amenities do you offer for families with babies ?

We provide a Pack-N-Play for sleeping, and baby gate and a stroller for your convenience.

Who should I call if I need anything during my stay?

You can contact our Management Company 24 hours a day (the number will be provided prior to your arrival).

How far are you from Disney?

The disney parks are a 10 minute drive from the Terra Verde Resort. Shuttle service is available from the clubhouse if you need transportation.

How far are you from Universal Studios?

Universal is just 20 minutes from Terra Verde.

How far are you from Sea World?

Sea World is just a 20 minute drive from Terra Verde.

How far are the beaches?

Daytona beach is only about 90 minutes drive away on the East coast and Clearwater is about the same distance to the West.

Do you offer daily cleaning services?

Your villa is cleaned prior to your arrival and after your departure. Daily/mid stay cleaning services are not available.

Do you have laundry facilities on-site?

Yes we do. We have a washing machine and dryer in the utility area of the villa. Also provided is an iron and ironing board for you convenience.

Which direction does the pool face?

The pool is South facing.

Do you provide linens and towels during our stay?

Yes. The villa has an extensive supply of linen and towels for your convenience - these should be washed as you leave the villa.

What amenities are offered for our children?

We provide a Playstation 2 game system with games, pool table (for kids of all ages), air hockey table and a dartboard to keep them busy as well as the pool.

What restaurants are nearby?

What medical services are nearby?

There is a 24hour Drug Store/Chemist on 192.

How far are you from the Orlando airport?

The journey from the airport would normally take between 35 and 45 minutes depending on traffic and the time of day. Click here for directions.
